2.4 Spam & Abuse

• Harvesting email addresses or personal information without consent
• Engaging in email bombing or denial-of-service attacks
• Using automated systems to send excessive messages

3. Email Usage Guidelines

3.1 Allowed Email Practices

• Business communication with clients, partners, and colleagues
• Professional correspondence and networking
• Marketing communications to recipients who have opted in
• Transactional emails (order confirmations, receipts, etc.)

3.2 Prohibited Email Practices

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam) to purchased or scraped lists
• Using misleading subject lines or sender information
• Emailing recipients who have not explicitly opted in
• Ignoring unsubscribe requests or opt-out instructions
• Using email services for illegal or fraudulent purposes

• Database: Limited database connections and storage

5. Marketplace Listings

5.1 Listing Requirements

• Business listings must be accurate and truthful
• Contact information must be current and valid
• Service descriptions must accurately represent what is offered

• Business credentials and licenses must be valid (where applicable)

5.2 Prohibited Listings

• Illegal or fraudulent services
• Services that violate professional regulations
• Misleading or deceptive listings
• Listings with fake reviews or ratings
• Duplicate or spam listings
• Listings that impersonate other businesses

5.3 Professional Standards

• Healthcare professionals must have valid medical licenses
• Legal professionals must have valid bar memberships
• Financial advisors must have proper certifications
• Construction and trade professionals must have valid registrations

6.1 Prohibited Security Activities

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any system or account
• Probing, scanning, or testing system vulnerabilities

• Exploiting bugs or vulnerabilities for unauthorized purposes
