Storage Limits: Email accounts are subject to storage limits based on your plan:

• Business Plan: Up to 10GB of storage
• Enterprise Plan: Custom storage allocation

2.5 Email Security

Security Limitations: While we implement reasonable security measures (encryption in transit, spam filtering, virus scanning), we cannot guarantee absolute security. You acknowledge that:

• Email is inherently not a secure communication medium
• Emails may be intercepted, read, or modified during transmission
• We are not liable for unauthorized access to your email account

AddyBuddy may provide subdomain website hosting services (e.g., yourname.addybuddy.com, business.pakmedics.com) as part of certain plans. The following disclaimers apply:

You are solely responsible for all content hosted on your subdomain website, including:

Content Monitoring: We do not actively monitor the content of hosted websites but reserve the right to review content if we receive complaints or suspect Terms of Service violations.

3.5 Technical Support Limitations

Technical support for subdomain hosting is limited to:

• Account configuration and DNS settings
• Platform-related questions

NOT Included in Support:

• Custom website development or coding assistance

We may provide SSL certificates for subdomain websites, but we do not guarantee:

No Domain Portability: Subdomains provided by AddyBuddy (e.g., yourname.addybuddy.com) cannot be transferred to other hosting providers or registrars. If you wish to use your own custom domain, you must:

• Register your own domain separately through a domain registrar
• Point DNS records to our servers (if we support custom domains on your plan)
• Understand that we do not provide domain registration services

4. Marketplace Listings Disclaimer
