1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AddyBuddy, PakMedics, PakMade, MentorInn, or any related websites, applications, or services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of any updated or modified Terms.

2. Definitions

• "Namespace" — Your unique digital identity (e.g., yourname.addybuddy.com) across the Platform.
• "User" — Any individual or entity using the Platform.
• "Content" — Any information, text, images, videos, or materials you upload or post.
• "Services" — All features including namespace registration, email hosting, website hosting, and marketplace profiles.
• "Paid Services" — Services requiring payment, including paid namespaces, email packages, website hosting, and advertising.

3. Accounts & Registration

3.1 You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3.2 You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. AddyBuddy cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage from your failure to comply with this security obligation.

3.3 You are responsible for all Content posted and activity that occurs under your account (even when Content is posted by others who have access to your account).

3.4 You may not use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction.

4. Namespace Ownership & Usage

4.1 Free Namespaces: Free 8-character namespaces are granted to community members and are non-transferable. They remain active as long as your account is in good standing.

4.2 Paid Namespaces: Paid namespaces (up to 50 characters) are renewable subscriptions. You retain the right to use the namespace during active subscription periods. Non-renewal may result in release of the namespace.

4.3 Per-Marketplace Availability: Namespaces are unique per marketplace. A namespace registered on one marketplace (e.g., PakMedics) does not prevent its use on another marketplace (e.g., PakMade) by a different user.

4.4 Namespace Squatting: We prohibit registering namespaces with no intent of genuine use. We reserve the right to reclaim namespaces used for squatting, reselling, or abusive purposes.

5. Paid Services & Billing

5.1 Fees: All fees are in Pakistani Rupees (Rs) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

5.2 Billing Cycle: Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as selected at checkout.

5.3 Payment Methods: We accept bank transfers, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, and credit/debit cards. Payment information is processed securely through third-party payment processors.

5.4 Refunds: We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days.

5.5 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Services continue until the end of the current billing period.

5.6 Non-Payment: Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of services. We provide notice before suspending accounts.

6. User Content

6.1 Ownership: You retain all rights to Content you post on the Platform. AddyBuddy does not claim ownership over your Content.

6.2 License to AddyBuddy: By posting Content, you grant AddyBuddy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, and display your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Services.

6.3 Responsibility: You are solely responsible for your Content and represent that you have all necessary rights to post it.

6.4 Removal: We reserve the right to remove any Content that violates these Terms or applicable law, without prior notice.

7. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Post illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Post spam, phishing content, or malware
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Platform

Violation may result in immediate termination of your account without refund.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. By using the Platform, you consent to our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 AddyBuddy IP: The Platform, including its design, logo, trademarks, and underlying technology, is owned by AddyBuddy and protected by intellectual property laws.

9.2 User IP: As stated in Section 6, you retain ownership of your Content.

9.3 Feedback: Any suggestions or feedback you provide may be used by AddyBuddy without obligation to you.

10. Termination

10.1 By You: You may terminate your account at any time through your dashboard or by contacting support.

10.2 By AddyBuddy: We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms, illegal activity, or prolonged inactivity.

10.3 Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access to services ceases. We may delete your Content after 30 days. Paid fees are non-refundable except as provided in Section 5.4.

11. Disclaimers

11.1 The Platform is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11.2 AddyBuddy does not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) results obtained from using the Platform will be accurate or reliable; (c) the quality of any services will meet your expectations.

11.3 We are not responsible for interactions between users. Transactions and communications are solely between the parties involved.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddyBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:

• Your use or inability to use the Platform
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Platform
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your content
• Any other matter relating to the Platform

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us during the twelve months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AddyBuddy, its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your Content, your use of the Platform, or your violation of these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the Platform. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

The "Last Updated" date at the top indicates when changes were last made.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Pakistan.
