How do I get a professional email address?

Professional email requires a paid namespace (starts at Rs 200/month). Once upgraded, you can create email accounts like you@yourname.addybuddy.com through your dashboard. You'll get webmail access and can configure it with Outlook, Gmail, or any email client.

What's the difference between free and paid namespace?

Free Namespace: 8-character minimum, basic profile, community listing, limited support.
Paid Namespace (Rs 200/month): Up to 50 characters, professional email, subdomain website, verified badge, priority search ranking, paid messaging, and premium support.

How do I get verified on AddyBuddy?

Upload your documents (CNIC for individuals, business registration for companies, professional licenses/certificates) through the Verification Center in your dashboard. Our team reviews submissions within 24-48 hours. Verified professionals receive a trusted badge on their profile and appear higher in search results.

Can I use my own domain name (e.g., mybusiness.com)?

Yes! Paid namespace users can upgrade to custom domain hosting for Rs 1,000/month. We handle all DNS setup, SSL certificates, and migration. Your site becomes yourdomain.com with professional email (you@yourdomain.com) included in the package.

How does the escrow payment system work?
