1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an advertiser and using our advertising platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our advertising services.

2. Advertising Campaigns

2.1. You are responsible for all content in your advertisements, including text, images, and landing pages.

2.2. Prohibited content includes but is not limited to: illegal products/services, hate speech, adult content, misleading claims, counterfeit goods, and phishing attempts.

2.3. We reserve the right to reject or remove any ad that violates these terms or our policies.

3. Payment and Billing

3.1. CPC (Cost Per Click): You are charged each time a user clicks your ad. Charges are deducted from your ad wallet in real-time.

3.2. CPM (Cost Per Mille): You are charged for every 1,000 impressions. For CPM campaigns, the total budget is deducted upfront upon approval.

3.3. All payments are non-refundable once campaigns are active. Unused funds may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.

3.4. You must maintain sufficient balance in your ad wallet to keep campaigns running.

4. Campaign Management

4.1. You may pause or resume campaigns at any time from your dashboard.

4.2. Campaigns may be automatically paused if your ad wallet balance falls below PKR 100.

4.3. We reserve the right to pause or terminate campaigns that violate these terms.

5. Ad Placement and Targeting

5.1. Ad placement is determined by our automated system based on targeting criteria, budget, and available inventory.

5.2. We do not guarantee specific placement positions or impression counts beyond the purchased package.

5.3. We may display your ads on any page of our network, including partner sites.

6. Performance Reporting

6.1. We provide real-time reporting on impressions, clicks, and spending.

6.2. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all impressions and clicks are tracked due to technical limitations.

6.3. In case of discrepancy, our system records shall be considered authoritative.

7. Account Verification

7.1. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during verification.

7.2. We may request additional documentation to verify your business identity.

7.3. Verified accounts receive priority placement and access to verified-only ad zones.

8. Termination

8.1. You may cancel your advertiser account at any time by contacting support.

8.2. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms.

8.3. Upon termination, any remaining balance may be refunded minus processing fees.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AddyBuddy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our advertising services.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
